Group therapy has been shown to be incredibly helpful for those navigating chronic health issues. Group therapy provides a safe space for us to be in connection with those who can empathize, and an empowering place to explore and work on our relational and stress patterns.

Chronically Connected Women’s Group – psychoeducational 8-week group focusing on cultivating stress resilience in the face of chronic illness and pain by building a coping toolbox rooted in neuroscience, self-compassion research, and relational science. Biweekly Process Group for Chronic Illness + Pain – a trauma and attachment informed, mixed gender process group for 20 to 40 somethings that focuses on processing the personal and relational challenges of living with chronic illness/pain.
