HOW TO GET STARTED WITH SERVICES
STEP 1 - Schedule Free 15 min Phone Consult
Complete the Contact Form below to schedule your free 15 min phone consult. You can expect an email response from our admin team within 24-48 business hours (Tuesday – Thursday).
STEP 2 - Phone Consult with Therapist
During this time we will talk about what’s bringing you to counseling, answer any questions, ensure we are a good fit for your therapeutic goals, and if so talk scheduling.
STEP 3 - Schedule Intake + Complete Paperwork
Once the intake is scheduled, you will be emailed access to the secure online client portal to complete the digital paperwork and intake questionnaire.
Please complete this at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled intake session.
